I know! It is very frustrating for patients and physicians, I took 800mg of Motrin but&#8230; and you know Narcotics wont do anything with pain. Lancet in a meta-analysis compared NSAIDs, Acetaminophen, or placebo. They concluded that Diclofenac 150 mg\/day is the most effective NSAID available at present. This dose is more than usual dose that we are practicing, Diclofenac for osteoarthritis is 35 mg \/ tid.
