Choice of Treatment for Uncomplicated UTI

Sounds like we have to move from Bactrim and Cipro to other agents for uncomplicated cystitis. AJEM published an article in Sept and recommends using more local agent for uncomplicated cystitis , instead of systemic antibiotics.
