Gastroparesis and Haloperidol
AEM published a small sample size randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial regarding adult ED patients with gastroparesis. Administration of 5 mg of haloperidol intravenously plus conventional therapy was superior to placebo in these patients. Link to article
