A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis published in JAMA focusing on choice of medication for patient with vertigo. They reviewed 27 trials and they found that there is a moderately strong evidence to suggest that “single-dose antihistamines provide greater vertigo relief at 2 hours than single-dose benzodiazepines”.
