Shock Prediction with 12 Lead ECG in Pulmonary Embolism!

This is an interesting review of 8209 patients with PE. 3 most common finding that predict shock in PE patients are: Tachycardia, T wave inversion in V1, and ST elevation in aVR. They found six predictor in these patients:

1. Tachycardia
2. S1Q3T3
3. ST elevation aVR
4. T wave inversion V1-V4
5. Complete RBBB
6. Atrial Fibrilation
